The North Tulsa Baseball League is raising money to purchase eight new dugout shelters at the O'Brien Park baseball complex in Tulsa, OK. Since the league has expanded its program to include a summer league, there is a concern with the potential effect that the harsh Oklahoma sun will have on young players. If you're from Oklahoma, you know exactly what we're talking about! If funds are raised by December 1, 2014, players will have it “MADE IN THE SHADE” with new dugout shelters installed just in time for the 2015 summer league play!

The North Tulsa Baseball League is totally free for underserved boys and girls ages 4-14, with qualified coaches and training, safe equipment, and quality uniforms for ALL players, while focusing on teaching the fundamentals of the game of baseball. Every child deserves the opportunity to get physically active, learn life lessons, and most of all to have fun playing the country’s national past time, regardless of economic status.

The Baseball Tomorrow Fund, which is a joint initiative between Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association, will match up 50% of the total project. New dugout shelters will cost $49,370. Donations of $100 or more will receive a mystery pack of 20 vintage baseball cards and donations of $2000 or more will get permanent signage in the outfield at the O’Brien Park baseball complex. We're asking you to help us reach our goal.
