Contributions to Park Friends, Inc. (PF) are administered by Tulsa Community Foundation (TCF), a tax exempt public charity (IRC section 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization), through various charitable fund accounts.  PF contributions benefit Tulsa city and county parks and may be further designated for operations, programming, maintenance and improvements.  Charitable fund accounts are component funds of TCF and contributions to PF are fully tax deductible less the estimated value of goods and services received by the donor.
